I’m a Junior in high school and the only thing Ive ever wanted to be was a Marine grunt I’m trying to get in better shape so Marine Boot Camp wont be as much of a shock to my body as the other recruits plus it would be nice to make a perfect PFT score i plan on getting up at about 4:30 every morning to exercise before school and i wanted to workout my lower body and do cardio one day and work on my upper body strength the next so my muscles have a chance to repair themselves while i work on the others so do you have any suggestions? Because i only know basic exercises like push ups, sit ups, crunches, pull-ups, jump roping, and a mile run does this sound good or are there any other workouts to prepare a future Marine
I also have free weights even though i dont use them much any more can you suggest some workouts with it and how to do them?
I would appreciate and info or advice you can give me
